This gif of a guy jumping a kicking another guy comes from Jackass guys. They are discussing if someone can kick anybody in the head with two feet at same time. So they just choose a guy and they try until they get it, in the gif they actually missed the head and the kick lands on the shoulders, but if you watch the video you will see a second guy getting kick on the face.
